What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Senior Graphic Designer. The primary role of the Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and implementing design solutions to meet the growing demands of the business and will work to help bring the brand to life and make a major impact.

What you'll be doing:
- Creation of innovative and visually compelling design solutions for marketing materials, aligning with brand guidelines.
- Manage design projects from start to finish, including concept development, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand identity across all design assets, ensuring consistency with established visual brand guidelines.
- Design and develop high-quality graphics, visual assets, and marketing materials for digital and print media.
- Manage the end-to-end design process from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with pre-production, production, and development teams to create engaging content for the marketing distribution.
- Develop visual concepts that align with company objectives and brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to enhance creativity and innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Optimize graphics and creatives for various platforms while maintaining high visual quality and usability.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other relevant design software.
- Strong ability to develop impactful visuals that communicate brand messages effectively across diverse platforms.
- Deep understanding of typography principles and ability to select and utilize fonts effectively.
- Proven ability to think strategically, generate creative ideas, and solve complex design challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
