What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Marketing Analyst. The primary role of the Marketing Analyst is to to support marketing operations through performance tracking, analytics, and reporting. This role will focus on promo tracking, campaign and banner performance, funnel metrics, marketing scorecards, experiment reporting, and social media/email analytics. The ideal candidate is proficient in marketing attribution, digital analytics, and reporting automation to drive strategic marketing decisions.
This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and works closely with key stakeholders across sales, product, and technology, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards. Extract and visualize data on performance metrics across all marketing channels and tactics.
- Analyze and Optimize Marketing Performance: Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of promotions, campaigns, and on-site banners, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Sales Funnel Optimization: Monitor and interpret front of Store (FoS) metrics, identifying drop-off points and recommending data-driven optimization strategies.
- Marketing Performance Reporting: Maintain, update, and enhance the Marketing Scorecard on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate performance tracking across key KPIs.
- Experimentation & Testing: Collaborate on the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests for marketing initiatives, extracting actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Marketing Channel Effectiveness: Measure and report on the performance of social media, email, and tube marketing campaigns, linking outcomes to business objectives.
- Data Visualization & Automation: Develop and manage automated dashboards and reports to provide real-time marketing insights and enhance decision-making.
- Attribution & ROI Analysis: Implement, refine, and validate marketing attribution models to assess ROI, ensuring accurate contribution tracking for paid and organic efforts.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall goals.
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Amazon QuickSight).
- Manage API connections to ensure seamless data integration across marketing platforms.
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
- Experience with marketing attribution, forecasting, and campaign measurement.
- Ability to work with large datasets and automate reporting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred certifications: Google Analytics, BI tools, or marketing automation platforms.
