What we are looking for - Charged Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time In-House Producer to join the studio team. The primary role of the In-House Producer is to be a creative driver producing tier-one premium content end-to-end for our brands, leading production professionals with a diverse set of technical skills, and shaping the creative direction of the network.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate concepts and lead creative development for special projects, including new sites, marketing campaigns, Ads, and social media campaigns, and facilitate brainstorming sessions to bring those concepts to life.
- Produce premium digital content end-to-end, taking approved projects from concept through final delivery; working closely with directors and on-screen talent to bring the creative vision to life; and collaborating with our post-production teams to ensure scenes, photos, and marketing materials are compelling and realize the original vision.
- Develop and manage the production calendar, ensuring all content deadlines are met and productions stay within budget.
- Write scripts aligned with our publishing schedule and brand voice, crafting scenes that are visually striking, grab a viewer’s attention, and reinforce the identity.
- Source and produce content inspired by audiences outside our ecosystem surfacing and crowdsourcing story ideas from online communities and external platforms, integrating them into our production pipeline, and tracking the performance of those scenes once produced.
- Help define brand identity and creative direction of our brands, ensuring every project reinforces a cohesive and differentiated point of view.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor content, and gay culture, identifying opportunities to promote our current sites and surface promising new directions for the network to explore.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed throughout production.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or determined by management.
Must Haves:
- 4+ years of related experience in content or film production, with a track record of producing projects end-to-end.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in TV, Film, Communications, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Video Editing tools (Adobe Premiere).
- Strong proficiency in After Effects or comparable software for motion graphics.
- Demonstrated decision making capabilities including problem solving approaches.
- Ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous assignments within an intense deadline-driven environment, while paying close attention to details.
Nice To Haves:
- Experience with the adult entertainment industry or film production industry.
- Familiarity with the LGBTQ+ communities.
- Experience with project management tools (Ex: Asana, Jira, Monday, etc).
- Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
